Refund and Returns Policy

No Refund Policy

We have a no-refund policy for shipped orders, online, and in-store purchases. Customers can exchange products in the same condition received. Customers have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged items.

Please send pictures of damaged or defective products to [email protected] or text (225)257-5542. Once approved to return item(s) we can start the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and when your new product is enroute. All shipping will be covered and a refund of shipping cost will be issued once the damages goods are received.

Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the issue.
Euphoric Eco Candles will be responsible for paying for shipping costs. The item(s) must be returned on the returned item. You may reorder your product and a refund for shipping will be issued once exchange product(s) are received.

Services Fee

All large orders will be subject to a 10% service fee of the total order. All large orders must be paid in full. Please allow one to two weeks for all large to be filled.
